  • When will I receive my order?
    Once you’ve placed your order, we will start processing your shipment. Your order is usually ready to ship the following business day. After your order has been shipped, it takes DHL between 2-3 business days to deliver within Germany, and 7-10 business days for all other European countries. Shipments to the US and Australia can take 3-4 weeks (due to customs processing).
  • What does shipping cost?
    All shipping costs to EU destinations, including returns, are on us – regardless of where you’ve placed your order. Please note U.S. and Australia-based orders are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Do you have international shipping?
    For now, we ship to EU countries, US and Australia but are working hard to offer international shipping to more aeyde lovers around the globe.
  • Is there a way to expedite shipping?
    Unfortunately, we do not yet offer express shipping. If this is an emergency and you need that pair pronto, give us a call or send us an email. We will try everything in our power to deliver your shoes in time.
  • What is your return policy?
    We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked, return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your shoes in the same condition you received them – unworn and unharmed. That way we can make sure that someone else gets to enjoy the pair you’ve returned. Please note, cost of U.S. and Australia-based returns will be covered by customer.
  • How do I return an item?
    For hassle-free returns, all our boxes contain a pre-paid return label.

    Simply follow these steps:
    1. 1. Attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box – over the original delivery label
    2. 2. Check a reason for returning the item, Check the appropriate box on the return sheet, indicating the reason for your return, and place the sheet in the box
    3. Drop off the box at any “DHL Packstation“ or any store/post office that accepts DHL parcels
    4. Done!
    We will take care of everything else. Please allow 3-4 business days for your parcel to arrive at our warehouse.

  • When will I receive my refund?
    If your pair arrives in good-as-new condition, we start the reimbursement process immediately upon receiving your return parcel. Please allow 2-3 business days for return transfers to appear on your account.
Exchange & Payments
  • How do I exchange a pair of shoes for another size/style?
    Easy: Just return your unused pair to us within 30-days of purchase and order the size and style you want. Done!
  • Payment
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Sofortüberweisung. Sorry, we currently do no support payment via invoice.
