aeyde is a digital first, direct-to-consumer brand offering distinctive designs that integrate effortlessly into a modern wardrobe. aeyde’s small, dedicated team is based in the heart of Berlin and all products are manufactured by family owned factories in Italy. The team is composed of international people that share the same vision and motivation to help aeyde grow further. 


We are looking for a hands-on Junior Operations & Customer Service Coordinator with strong execution and organizational skills that is willing to go the extra-mile.


The Tasks

  • Streamlining and optimizing customer service & operations processes:
    • Constantly reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and systems
  • Being the face towards our B2C customers via excellent customer service:
    • Ensuring customer happiness at all stages
    • Assisting our customers directly via telephone & email
    • Handling of the returns process
    • Liaising with our warehouse & product team to deliver the best possible solutions and advise to our customers
  • Supporting the inbound & outbound operations:
    • Keeping track and managing the inbound calendar
    • Preparation of outbound documents
    • Handling of the returns process
    • Ensuring on-time deliveries and well-organized deliveries to our B2B-Clients

 

 

Your Profile

  • Work Experience in Customer Service is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English & German (both verbal and written)
  • Good project management skills
  • Well-organized and good at keeping timelines
  • Ability to motivate, empower and think start-up driven
  • Flexible and hands-on mentality
