We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with strong execution and organizational skills that is willing to go the extra-mile.

As the new Digital Marketing Manager you will play a key role in building and growing the aeyde business. The main focus will be on:

The Tasks

• Planning and executing all paid/performance based digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email/CRM, paid social media, affiliate and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize conversion/user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience (along the customer acquisition funnel) across multiple acquisition channels and customer touch points

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with knowledge of all acquisition channels
• Academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (both verbal and written)
• Good project management skills
• Well-organized, good at keeping timelines and start-up driven
• Flexible, hands-on mentality
