We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with strong execution and organizational skills that is willing to go the extra-mile.
As the new Digital Marketing Manager you will play a key role in building and growing the aeyde business. The main focus will be on:
- Planning and executing all paid/performance based digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email/CRM, paid social media, affiliate and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize conversion/user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience (along the customer acquisition funnel) across multiple acquisition channels and customer touch points
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with knowledge of all acquisition channels
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (both verbal and written)
- Good project management skills
- Well-organized, good at keeping timelines and start-up driven
- Flexible, hands-on mentality
