These past few weeks have proved challenging for all of us, and we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy during these uncertain times. 

Given the exceptional COVID-19 situation, the health and safety of our customers and employees are, and will always be, our top priority. We are taking all necessary steps to follow the WHO (World Health Organisation) and local authorities’ guidelines – internally with our team and externally with our partners and manufacturers – to help do our part in curbing this virus: 

 

YOUR ORDERS & OUR AEYDE WAREHOUSE

We are fully operational and orders will continue to be dispatched, but please allow a 1-2 day delay with delivery. We can assure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are met in our warehouse: employees are keeping safety distances, working in shifts, and applying frequent disinfection measures. Returns are also handled on a separate floor. 


To make online ordering easier during this time, we now offer free shipping to the US and Canada, and free shipping and returns within the EU.  


OUR MANUFACTURERS IN ITALY 

We care deeply about our manufacturers in Italy and are checking daily on their well-being and trying to support them however we can during this time. All of our manufacturers follow every possible safety measure and adhere to government hygiene requirements (wearing masks, sanitizing, keeping safety distance between workers) to ensure maximum safety.


 

OUR TEAM AND HEADQUARTERS IN BERLIN

Luckily one of the advantages of being a digital company is agility, so our entire Berlin-based team will be working remotely for the next 14 days, and further if necessary.
